Very rude lady :( The flower arrangement was nice for $15, but when I walked out of the store, I noticed one of the daisies’ petals was half-fallen, and some leaves were bent. I was asking if she can replace the daisy and she just cut the daisy from the stem. I was like ??? Can i get a new one? she said sorry no. I was speechless and just walked out. Very rude. I am so disappointed!! I don’t usually give bad reviews but oh my goodness... I should’ve bought my flowers at walmart!!
I just want to thank the Owner and staff member for the unbelievable service I received. I order flowers for a funeral the day before and on a holiday! The owner got everything put together for me on time, took pictures of the arrangement and delivery and followed up with me via whatsapp.I couldn't believe the service! The arrangement was well received. Thank you once again, truly appreciated!
Stopped by the shop and told her I needed a rush order of 100 white roses in a vase delivered to downtown Toronto tomorrow and she was excellent and said she could help no problem. She had the roses there and they looked beautiful. Great price…quick and efficient. Will definitely be coming back for all my flower needs.
