Recently applied for a unit here and the team was incredibly disrespectful and difficult to work with. They drew out the application process for weeks, demanding we show multiple documents proving the exact same information over and over (including things I've never had to share for an application before). They then blatantly disregarded and ignored multiple elements of the paperwork they had literally asked us for, forcing us to point out their mistakes and do their jobs for them. DO NOT APPLY HERE! The management is extremely unprofessional and they deny applications without reasoning. We were strung along for weeks after submitting all documentation and being approved at multiple other buildings. I suspect they like to collect application fees. The management is also completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and unable to provide any reasoning for their decisions. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
