Horrible service!!!!! The staff was rude and kept saying “if you don’t like the service you can go find somewhere else” rather than trying to find a solution. I wanted a specific set and they weren’t even able to provide that. The women there kept saying the nails would look similar and when I asked how similar she could not give a direct answer. No doubt, I like the service here but today it comes a misunderstanding as last time when I did mine nail extension here the girl who did my nails told me that u can refill your nails after 20 days or either one month it will be free but today I paid 50 dollars for refilling as I want to know if I needed to pay then why the girl who did my nails today did not remove all nails first. So, overall today I have a bad experience here.
I had a wonderful experience at Rose Nails & Spa! Their service is top-notch, Very relaxing atmosphere. I've been seeing the same nail technician, Julia, for a couple of visits now, and she always does an amazing job. Most recently, she did my nails for Valentine’s Day, and they were perfect. What I especially love is the relaxing hand massage with the wonderfully scented cream they give after every session! I’ve been a customer for a long time and I’m always still so surprised by how happy I am when I leave each time. They do such a great job. Also, I don’t know what they do differently here but the retention for my nails is phenomenal compared to other places.
