Not even worth one star! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and they didn’t bother asking about my preferred nail length or shape. My pedicure was especially disappointing. The technician rushed through the entire service and finished in about 10 minutes, with barely any proper cuticle cleanup or massage. I thought it was good-but then two days later two nails fell off. I even had got a full new set. Originally on the phone they told me 52 for a new full set and then when I got there they charged me 85 for these plain medium sized nails. If you want something cheap (like press ons) but for an overly expensive price then go here. My press ons I would wear when I was 15 costed maybe 10 dollars and lasted as this places nails. Had a lovely pedicure here! The massage felt great and my mom and I both loved our nails. The staff was really nice, we were both very impressed. We will be back.
They almost lost my $8000 wedding ring! Very careless and rushed process. They made me take off the rings for the Spa Manicure and after it was done they threw the towel to the table and with that my ring was lost on the floor. Both I and the staff spent twenty minutes looking for it on the floor. Scared me to death :(
Don’t go there, not a good service, very low quality standards, manicure and pedicure won’t last and it’s not Done good . Also de atención is very impersonal .
