Unprofessional Staff and Poor Quality Service – Don’t Waste Your Money I used to come to this nail salon solely because of Isabella, she was incredibly talented and always did an amazing job on my nails. Just terrible lol. I went in after seeing it right next to my gym. I asked for a gel manicure and I sat and waited awhile, which was fine. But then they were clearly understaffed for the amount of people walking in. Two employees started to get into an actual argument on the floor. And then my nails turned out horrible since they rushed through. No nail is filed correctly, my cuticles weren’t trimmed at all. Everything is jagged and bad
I’ve been going to this same shop for about 3 years now and let me tell you I always leave satisfied. If you are ever on this side of town make an appointment with Maleena she will never disappoint. That girl makes wonders. Will listen to you and if you don’t have anything in mind she gets creative and does beautiful art. I never feel rushed and she’s always makes sure you leave satisfied here’s some examples of the nails she’s done for me!
the staff is very kind and welcoming. i loved the experience and would love to come back if i don’t live 15 hours away.
I got my nails done a week ago and within days they started lifting and now they are all completely off. For the price I paid they def should not be off already. I also got my daughters done and some of her nails are crooked or shaped incorrectly. We Will not be going back
