Absolutely the worst nail service I have ever had in my life! I had to go back same day for a crooked nail and then the next day after I finally said “What do I even do now? This was a brand new set done by Helen. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER FOR SERVICES. One day later upset immediately after appt. I have lumps in my nail beds (lopsided thickness), the material is all over cuticle and apparently making my nail size match is not a priority. Unprofessional Staff and Poor Quality Service – Don’t Waste Your Money I used to come to this nail salon solely because of Isabella, she was incredibly talented and always did an amazing job on my nails. Since she left, the quality has gone downhill fast. I tried giving the other older technicians a chance, but the results were honestly awful. My French tip came out so uneven and messy. Just terrible lol. I went in after seeing it right next to my gym. I asked for a gel manicure and I sat and waited awhile, which was fine. But then they were clearly understaffed for the amount of people walking in. Two employees started to get into an actual argument on the floor. And then my nails turned out horrible since they rushed through. No nail is filed correctly, my cuticles weren’t trimmed at all. Everything is jagged and bad
