My family had a good experience there except for one nurse called Shantel Olson. She was more interested in gossip than in her job and shouldnt be in a position where she deals with peoples health.
Spent a total of 15 minutes at the Rose Stapleton Urgent care. Spent about 3 minutes talking with the doc. I explained that I strained my lower back (recurring injury) and that I needed a prescription for a muscle relaxer and a steroid for inflammation. She wrote me the scrip and I left. Received a ridiculous bill for over $1200 with no explanation of costs. DO NOT VISIT THIS URGENT CARE!

The time it took to get me into a private room took to long and it was still dirty wanted to take a shower and seen blood in the bathroom so decided not to said something to a nurse and they said that a house cleaning person would be called to clean it and nobody ever showed up the bed I was in wasn't that comfortable at all and the discharge for me to go home was three hours
I was in Denver Sept 21-26 in the Stapleton area visiting my sister. I was due to leave the next day and began getting a UTI, so about 5 pm went to the Stapleton Rose Medical Center. Was there for less than an hour as they were not busy and the Dr, whom I barely saw gave me a RX. When I got back to DC I went to my Dr, since I was in real pain by this point.
