My mom had an endoscopy at Rose yesterday and first they weren't showing record of the copay she'd paid 2 days before, they then registered her incorrectly as an inpatient and then sent someone to get "Beth," but my mom's name is Collett. I am a nursing mother to a 5 month old and they didn't have a lactation room that the service desk, ambassador or the maternity ward was aware of so I had to pump in my car. I wasn't very impressed.
