The location of the room.was great, right off of Duval St., that may be the only good thing I can say. The parking is horrible. The rooms stank. Painted duct tape covering holes. The upstairs bathroom floor had a number of broken tiles and actually felt like it may have in. A very bad musty smell throughout, which I wouldn't have complained about because it's Florida and I expect it. The exterior walls and steps up showed quite a bit of rot.
Very nicely decorated and good location. There was obvious water leaks behind the walls, floor and ceiling. The floors were sloping due to this issue and there was mold/mildew affecting our breathing. The toilet was very precarious because the floor was so soft. They did provide coffee, cream and sugar. That was a pleasant surprise.
Brought my California grands here for a few days! Location was fantastic. Accommodations were great! Loved sitting on the front porch at night and loved i could hang on the deck with my dog and keep an eye on the boyscwhen they were in the pool. Will definitely be back with the family!
