Wir waren in der Villa Aqua. So ganz OK, etwas abgewohnt. Aber alles sehr sauber!
Location is 5 stars for sure. If you want a place close to all the action and the marina where alot of trips go out this is it! Down side is rooms are outdated and ALOT...ALOT of structural issues. Water damage, crumbling walls. I showed the maintenance man the wall damage and he said its from water dripping under the paint. The lady who checked us in was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. The location of the room.was great, right off of Duval St., that may be the only good thing I can say. The parking is horrible. The rooms stank. Painted duct tape covering holes. The upstairs bathroom floor had a number of broken tiles and actually felt like it may have in. A very bad musty smell throughout, which I wouldn't have complained about because it's Florida and I expect it. The exterior walls and steps up showed quite a bit of rot.
