I visited Rose Jewelry in Mount Pleasant, DC about two weeks ago because I was interested in buying a pair of earrings. I asked the lady working there about them and politely asked if there was any room to negotiate the price since most jewelry stores are open to small negotiations. I was only asking for $10 off, nothing unreasonable. That’s when a man, who I believe is the owner, came out and immediately said “NO” with a very rude attitude. I’m in awe. Now that my watch battery installed by Rose around February 2019 (8 months ago) has started to die, I came here to check out reviews of the place—and see a review posted three weeks ago with about the same complaint from about the same time! This is trash, no fluke.
