They lost my mom’s tombstone and when I contacted them about it they said they’ll send a grounds worker to check and see if it sunk into the ground!! I gave them my email didn’t hear from them! What is going on with Rose Hills!? This is very bad business!! And where is her tombstone!!! Which we purchased in 2020!! Ronnett Holden sad and upset daughter!!
Kristy Tran has been a beautiful and helpful to our family during the passing of our sister. She made the burial arrangements and process easy to understand and worked very hard to complete each task in a timely manner. She was available to us any time of the day. I would recommend her to anyone in need of help. Her personality is friendly and warm. Our family was Blessed to have her to guide us through this difficult time. Heidi

If there is a zero rating, I would put a 0 star because that is what Rose Hills Mortuary deserves. People need to know the horrible service I have encountered. I am a hospice nurse and had to report a death for a patient that had bought a preplanned package with them. The number that you're supposed to call is an answering service and when I called I was put on a que as the 5th caller. after 2 hours, I was the 1st caller, with the message playing over and over again while on hold, i have other nurses and the family member ca... read more

Not every apple in the cart can be red, shiny and delicious! This is an update for my current experience with the entity that is Rose Hills, and it has been a learning experience to say the least. The opening line makes reference to the fact that it is near impossible to have a uniform fruit, product or people in all circumstances and this became abundantly apparent today. Now I understand why so many people lament not being able to place zero stars on their reviews. My mother passed away yesterday in a state which she was visiting, that in itself can be emotionally devastating, now add to that scenario what unfolded after the fact, and it becomes traumatic!
