If you have a support dog be ready for a fight. They will do everything they can to get the extra money if possible. I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years recently broke my back, shoulder and had a heart attack and was awarded a ESA dog. Now I'm being fined fees and given eviction papers unless I give away my ESA. Look for a apartment that will accommodate you if you have a disability. This is the reason I was awarded the dog for helping with extra stress.
The office staff is amazing. They honestly care if you are happy or not. This is by far one of the best maintenence staffs I have ever seen at an apartment complex also. If you have a problem they are there right away to help you. The unit itself is beyond beautiful. The kitchens are epic and the huge patio/screened porch is a rarity for apartments.
