Recently had an extended stay at the rose garden due to house fire. I chose this hotel because of closeness to work. My stay was a pleasant one. Service was good when we interacted, however , I was a little dissappointed in their cleaning practice. They would tidy up things on a daily and that was the extent of their cleaning. Sink, toilet and tub would not be wiped or sanitized unless I did so,and floor was only swept when I did so. Other than these things, my stay was good.

If you can find other accommodations do it. This was by far the dirtiest hotel we have ever had to suffer through. We REALLY wish we had asked to see the room beforehand.

I pulled in town late in the middle of the night to hopefully get some sleep. I was able to get a room easily enough. It smelled terrible! Somewhere between stinky socks, towels left in the washer to long and wet dog. I have a really good nose and I couldn’t tell what I was smelling. I tried to freshen the room and sleep. An hour later I woke up feeling sick to my stomach. I told myself to try to bury my nose in my pillow and just sleep. I couldn’t. Packed back up and went to front desk to ask for my money back. We were really looking forward to our stay, but sadly it didn’t meet expectations. The AC didn’t work, so we had to cut our stay short. There was black mold in the bathroom, baseboards were falling off, and it was very noisy at night with people hanging around outside. We had to blast the TV just to get some rest. The staff was friendly, and the location is convenient—but the property definitely needs serious maintenance. Wouldn’t stay again unless major improvements are made.
