I pulled in town late in the middle of the night to hopefully get some sleep. I was able to get a room easily enough. It smelled terrible! Somewhere between stinky socks, towels left in the washer to long and wet dog. I have a really good nose and I couldn’t tell what I was smelling. I tried to freshen the room and sleep. We were really looking forward to our stay, but sadly it didn’t meet expectations. The AC didn’t work, so we had to cut our stay short. There was black mold in the bathroom, baseboards were falling off, and it was very noisy at night with people hanging around outside. We had to blast the TV just to get some rest. The staff was friendly, and the location is convenient—but the property definitely needs serious maintenance. Wouldn’t stay again unless major improvements are made.
My wife and I decided to go to Thomasville Georgia for a mini-vacation and also celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. My wife, retired from The Coca-Cola Company, decided to reserve The Rose Garden Inn through Bookings.com . Stayed here for two weeks and it was great! Staff is VERY helpful when needed, and will leave you alone when not! Pets can stay too so that’s a plus(extra $15 a night). Didn’t try the free breakfast so can’t comment on that. Definitely would stay here again
The room was very clean and was much nicer than other comparably priced hotels. It was a great value. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Had new bed in our room and we slept very well. I would definitely stay here again
