Totally messed up my tooth. I had a crown procedure two years ago where they really struggled to get it done. I had to consequently come in twice due to issues with it, mainly it falling out. Now during a checkup they tell me that I have decay under that same crown. The decay turned out worse that they thought and now they are unable to fit me with a crown anymore due to not enough tooth left after removing decay. Please don't come here. I'm literally going on 3 hours here today because they didn't schedule me correctly for just a cleaning and a quick re-gluing of my permanent retainer. And the wait is ALWAYS awful regardless. Changing my primary dentist as soon as I leave. They're nice enough but your time is worthless to them. And now I'm told I'll have to come back another day. Insane
Very disappointing experience; they do not stand behind their work. I had two crowns replaced - one temperary fell out twice, the other once. Then, it took four 4 times to seed one of the replacement crowns! They said they would refund the original proceedure and then only refunded 1/2 of it! I would never go back or recommend them to anyone - ever. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find another place to take you're business. You won't regret it.
