This place was absolutely awful. Not only does it feel completely sketch but it had a horrible smell upon walking thru the doors. The staff are the worst, they were so condescending and extremely rude. Made an appointment for urgent care due to a workplace injury and upon my arrival I was treated poorly with an attitude because I didn’t show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, I was there 20 minutes early though and was the only patient waiting. Dr Alberto Rodriguez is amazing and a great addition to this practice. He is very caring and knowledgeable. His medical assistant is also amazing. I feel listened and cared for by Dr Rodriguez. Terrible customer service. I just called to make an appointment for an issue that’s becoming serious and the lady on the phone argued with me for 10 minutes about how my insurance was cancelled which isn’t true because I JUST made a different appointment in which they confirmed my insurance was still active. Then she put me on hold for EVER and then hung up the phone. Then when I called back my number was blocked. What a joke.
