ABOSOLUTELY WORST AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL the office staff they employee are beyond STOOPID!. the doctors schedule a physical and then spend less than 5 minutes examining your child. my dog gets more time. dr. gokey is the worst. they could care less about your children. if i were you i'd run away from this office or risk your child being misdiagnosed.
Dr. Wang at Rose City Dr. Holly Wang is fantastic. She always takes time to answer all our questions, no matter how many or how "basic". She is excellent with our daughter. I would recommend her to anyone. The office is busy, but we have received excellent service from the nurses and Dr. Wang.
Dr. Powell Rocks! "Go the extra mile." Dr. Powell is that rare few that lives this motto. He seems to always know the answer to our pediatric needs.
Love Dr. Gokey! My OB recommended Dr. Gokey, and I'm so happy we chose her! She's not a doctor to rush you in and out; she really listens to your concerns and takes plenty of time to answer your questions. Yes, her schedule is full, but it's b/c she schedules enough time with each patient. At each well baby visit we schedule our next appointment, so we never have a problem with that. When my son came down with a virus they fit me in that day.
Disappointed This is going to be long!I had a similar experience with the previous review. My daughter had Dr. Powell and we were absolutely satisfied with his approach with our daughter and his personality. The office policies were another matter. When my daughter came down with a cold I had to speak to the on call nurse 3 times before I could get my daughter an appointment. Each time we were given different directions. Disappointed The office is very busy and slow. I needed to book my child's "well appts" with Dr. Gokey up to FOUR months in advance! On the 2 occasions I called after hours, due to illness, I was only able to receive ineffective advice from nurses and was never connected to a doctor. I found this to be very unprofessional and not good enough for my child. I have two friends who used this office and have experienced the same and have found new doctors as well. The Best Doctors in Town We have three children under Mark Powell's care and we couldn't be happier. Yes, it is a busy practice, but there is no other doctor you would want if there is a problem. He is extremely knowledgable and well connected - he will refer you to the best specialists if there is an issue (we know this from personal experience). Dr Maria Gokey Dr Gokey is one of the most competent doctors that I have ever encountered. She made a really difficult diagnosis for my youngest daughter that another doctor missed. It probably saved her life. She has a great beside manner and she makes my kids feel really comfortable. On the occassion that we have had to see another doctor in the practice we have also been very pleased. They are a wonderful group and we look forward to many more years of their care.
The best pediatrician I've ever met In a word - exceptional! I found Dr. Powell to have all the qualities that I think are essential to being an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable, personable, and very thorough. In addition, he has a warm personality and is great with my kids. One of my sons had a serious illness that had been misdiagnosed in an ER.
