Service is first-rate. RCJ redesigned my wife's engagement ring a few years back and did a stellar job. Recently, when the ring needed to be repaired, RCJ fixed it faster than expected and it looks better than ever.
Have been a watch repair customer for the past seven years. Never been disappointed; service is always outstanding, and the staff is most attentive to every detail.
