We’ve enjoyed our time at the Rose. Overall very happy.
Zero heat in this apartment with a two month old daughter and they illegally refuse to address the situation in a month where temperatures are consistently hitting 40 degrees sums up this apartment. Massively expensive utilities which they illegally refuse to show where the numbers come from. Refuse to fix broken windows. I've watched them spill water from the garage ceiling that flooded and destroyed sentimental property.
