During the COVID 19 I had an issue with my jaw that would not allow me to close my mouth. I contacted the office who had my dentist contact me right away. I was advise how to treat the symptoms for a week and was provided their cell phone number to call or text whenever needed. Things did not improve so a week later they allowed me to come in to try to help. Immediate appt. arranged. Clear, thoughtful and compassionate response plus treatment options provided by Dr. Roscher.
What a wonderful place. They are so friendly, kind, helpful and encourage in a very positive way. They remind me to spend more time flossing on an area that the teeth are too close together. But that is how they put it. Simply a reminder as to why that area needs more time. No complaining that I did not work on it very well since my last visit. Just so nice and seem to really appreciate me as a person. They are like a good friend. I would say family but sometimes I don't always get along with my family.
My 7 am appointment yesterday for my 6 month check up started with a delightful “ good morning Tom” from Wendy In the reception area, followed by my thorough dental exam and cleaning by Sandy....who has given me great dental hygiene tips over the years as well as her attention to detail with the health of my teeth and gums....along with great conversation.....and concluding with Dr. Roscher who provides his check up and suggestions for further work if needed.
