It's been 28 years since I first went to Roscher Dental and have never had a bad experience. Friendly, professional staff that take time to get to know you and listen to you. Dentists and hygienists are excellent.
The staff is so warm and friendly and I look forward to going for my appointment. The receptionists call me by name every time I go in and that is so exceptional in this day and age. Thanks to everyone for wishing me warm birthday wishes when I was in for my appointment last week. I even got a sticker for my shirt. Again, making me feel right at home. Thanks to you all. Julie, my dental hygienist, Dr. Cole and the helpful, personable and knowledgeable front desk staff were all very professional, pleasant and efficient.
As a long time client, I have relied on Dr Cole for care and guidance about my teeth and gums for 20 and more years. I have appreciated her and all of her colleagues at the clinic without reservation or exception. I'm a fan.
I am so amazed at how safe it was to do my checkup. They are so careful about OUR safety when it said the scary part is that they will catch something from us. I just feel that they treat me like a family member. They are so complimentary about saying I am doing well at maintaining my dental health. The appointment is efficient and thorough. I have been a client for over 30 years and have always had a great experience at the Roscher Dental Group. from cleaning to any other work that needed to be required/accomplished. They have become like family. They give you all the options and let you make up your mind on what you want to do. I like that aspect - my decision.
