I had a very disappointing experience with this landscaper. I had been using this company for almost 12 years with very little issue. After waiting over 4 months for them to start the spring cleanup up- and after I filled out the “desired service request”—they abruptly cut off all communication when I politely questioned a charge on a previous invoice. John is wonderful human and a professional! We love how timely their services are and how accommodating they are to our needs with our garden which has a pet. Don't let the front desk folks dissuade you from taking their services, John is fantastic and so are his team workers, who are super efficient, work hard and are excellent at what they do!
