Date of visit: June 22, 2018 Reason for the visit: referred by ER for a follow-up. I went to Rosanne Rouf's office following an emergency visit. The minute she walked in, she started checking her phone. She kept checking what seems like texts. She did it so many times that she finally said that they "the hospital" are asking her questions and she needed to respond immediately.
