Rosanna was introduced to me through a friend of mine. She was the buyer's agent for the couple, on the purchase of their new home. The quick version: Rosanna was very perceptive, knowledgeable, responsive, diligent, and friendly! You can feel her smile come through the phone and the entire process was very smooth .
