Rosalind Quinlan's approach to therapy is to sit and watch patients suffering and struggling and wait for the patient to fix themself. Rosalind seemingly refuses to use any proven methods of psychotherapy, as believes that simply letting a patient chatter away for the entire session is therapeutic.
