Out of the nearly half million I spent on my home the foundation is the best part. I truly have nothing to worry about there. As far as anything else be prepared for cheap material and a slap dash job. These people will take your money and run. Once your house of straw is up they'll just wash their hands of you. Do yourself a favor and shop around.
Experienced local home builder
Rosal is simply the best home builder to work with. Just had them build my second home in eaglechase. The building process is not without stress and you can run into a lot of unknown extra costs when you upgrade but they are very clear on what’s included and what the upgrade prices are. Gary and mike are just great. Rod is an absolute angel to work with and what can you say about Scott except he’s the man. They will build you a quality and beautiful home. Highly recommend.
I inquired about a new build and the owners were nice enough to sit down and discuss things after a month of what seemed like begging. At my appointment, not much of any information/assistance provided in regards to floor plans. I was shown a total of two blueprints... I was left to find a floor plan online with my own resources and once I did, the price I was quoted was $100k more than what we had discussed as a budget.
