My husband and I use to really enjoy the food and the atmosphere at Rosa's Cantina. The food does not taste the same. Everything appears to be prepared hours in advance the quality of the food has gone down and the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant is atrocious. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like and cleanliness or preparation of the food and storage. I will not be visting the restaurant for a while. It really needs a deep cleaning and some TLC
