Ignored information about my genetic condition that affects surgery healing, and closed the incision incorrectly. When confronted about it yelled at my friend and I telling us that I do not know about my own genetic condition (which is very rare and I am well educated about) and that he's been doing this for 40 years and that we should shut up and leave. Also gave no pain management for after surgery. The way he talks to patients and their family is disgusting and unprofessional.
He is such a nice doctor with excellent experience, kindness, and great care. He never overcharge his patients.
Most unprofessional dr ever encountered. Went for knee replacement. Tried to discuss various mitigating conditions, he seemed to not want to hear, or take my questions. Kept telling me to calm down. Talked about what is needed to proceed. Left the office, visited rehab place, got medical clearance info, etc. Scheduled surgery date, to be called back 3 days later, by office, he would not do my surgery. No reason given. Pushed 1 week, office called, he said I asked too many questions. Sad .
My experience was horrible. I visited him first time for a major procedure. I advocate for myself so I had a number of questions about the hospital he uses, what prosthetics used, what therapy site does he recommend. After a while his answer to my questions was I've been doing this for 40 years and you don't have to worry. I called and asked about another therapy site. The next day they called and said find another doctor. I asked why but no answer. I asked to have Dr. call me. Never called.
