Very efficient, caring and professional.
Very professional, kind and well organized.
Very disappointed. The front representative was not kind or had any people skills. No manners at all. No acknowledgement. It seemed like we the patients were an inconvenience for her. The medical assistance was a little bit better and the doctor was fine but pretty much told me it could be anything and I just have to wait for it to get worse before it could get better. Will not be going to that location again.
I got to my appointment a couple minutes early, checked in and sat down. I kind of overheard the receptionist say my name but couldn’t make out the entire conversation. I sat there for half an hour and just before they closed for the evening they saw me waiting and asked if I was waiting on someone. I told them I was waiting to be seen. My name was never called out to see if I was there after I had checked in.
