For a quick appointment and was seen before the appointment time. As bad as I felt this made me feel better. TJ, the tech, greeted me and did my vitals. She was awesome and very encouraging. My PA was Amy and she was through, explained things well and genuinely listened to my concerns and gave me good options. This place is fantastic. Roper Rocks!
Efficient, friendly, and helpful.
They have completely lost the point of the term "quick care". You can apparently sign in online which means you get to skip any sort of waiting room. The whole point of a quick care is first come first serve because if you're going to have an appointment then go to a normal doctor. So I get there, there's a lady who's already in there, and then another guy walks in 10 minutes after me and gets walked right into the back. 45 minutes goes by and the lady that's ahead of me finally goes in and then another 20 minutes for us.
