Be aware, This is not an urgent care and they fail at passing this information on to patients. They act like an urgent care but bill it as a primary care visit. It is billed as an office visit which a lot of insurance doesn't cover and they will string this review process along for over a year. They will even tell you that the charge is under review when in fact they send it to collections without your knowledge. This place exceeded expectations very much. Had an emergency medical issue and Suzanne at the front desk and Dr. SaraAnn and the rest of the team were amazing. I was so uncomfortable but they made things so much better. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and care.

The staff are friendly but the doctor who is usually there seems to already have their mind made up with what’s wrong when they walk in the room. Went in and came out with an totally unrelated diagnosis. The last few times i’ve gone the dr failed to diagnose what my primary doctor says are simple diagnoses.
