I’m writing this review on behalf of a family member who has used Ropen Health Care Services. This agency doesn’t deserve one star, but can’t leave review without it. Let me start out by saying ChiChi and Vanessa are two of the rudest and nastiest people you’ll ever want to encounter. ChiChi doesn’t know the first thing about compassion or empathy, let alone running an agency. If an aide doesn’t show up they don’t call and let you know.
