RecommendedToday was our first visit with our 2 year old Beabull Skye! She is high anxiety with anyone or anything new. Today you would have never known that! The staff was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our care! They really care and it shows. Loved the peanut butter on a stick while cutting her nails!
I am beyond impressed with this veterinary experience. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors were friendly, professional, and helpful. My dog is generally one to not do well at the vet office but they were willing to work with him and keep him comfortable. This was the best I had seen my dog behave for an exam and shots. The vet explained everything very well and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this vet service!
My labradoodle puppy was sick and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and talked to Dr.Tiffany, she had me.bring him in and had him feeling better the same day. All of the the staff were super friendly and helpful. I wish I had known about them before I bought a one year puppy package at my current vet. Jasper and I will be back!
The staff are wonderful. Sarah did a great job grooming. Highly recommend them.

Always friendly and understanding with our nervous pup. They came out and got him, then brought him back out today, keeping everybody safe during the Covid19 outbreak. No complaints!
Our regular vet has closed because of the virus and our dog hurt her leg and they wouldn’t even look at her unless we let them give her another rabies vaccine. When we made the appointment they said we needed proof that she was up to date so we took the tag from the vet and they said that was not proof! They said she had to have the shot incase she bit someone there but from everything that I have read a vaccine wouldn’t even take effect for at least a week anyway. Rootstown Veterinary Hospital is above and beyond. They are caring, compassionate and amazing. They treat their patients with care. When I loss my bulldog they was supportive and checked on me. They did a amazing job treating her and a amazing job of comforting me when I was losing her. The staff truly gineuwinly put they hearts in each pet that goes threw the doors. Medical staff and office staff are so friendly! Sarah does a wonderful job grooming our golden doodle Lowell so he is the cutest and most handsome dog in Rootstown!
