Very caring and nice staff!!! Treated my princess very well even tho the outcome didn't turn out like I wanted it to! But you all made a very hard situation a lil easier . Definitely have found my new vet for my other cats . Happy holidays to you all and I'm sure I'll be seeing you again soon

You could tell everyone there really cares about animals and likes their job. Dr. Tiffany took the time to explain what was going on with Kratos and what the next steps would be. Kratos can be a little bit nervous in a new situation but they were great with him! We are new to the area and I was nervous about trying out a new vet, but I was really impressed with the care that was given. I will be sure to take Kratos (and his brother) back for any other future issues / yearly checkups. Thank you Dr. Tiffany and Staff!

What a great group of people! Thanks for all your help with Zoey. We are gonna bring in our new puppy Daisy for her shots. Wouldn't take her anywhere else!
Hanna is happy to be home from the vet!! She had a great visit but wanted her nap. Thank you fro being so sweet to my new puppy.
Super wonderful, caring staff! (Very particular about the care our Cleo gets) the staff and the groomer are so wonderful and professional we could not ask for more!! And they are in our neighborhood... how lucky we are they made their home in Rootstown!!
