I went to Roots Salon to have my hair colored darker so that I could grow out my natural hair color. My roots ended up turning very brassy. I tried purple shampoo and that did not help. I contacted Bekah again and told her what happened and she got me back in to try to correct it. It turned out a little less brassy but still red. Now that my roots are starting to grow out again I can see that I will have to get my hair colored darker. I will not be returning to this salon.
