Madison has done my hair for over a year now, and each and every time I go to her I like the out come better and better each time. Today I got the Bayalage and she did such a great job! My hair is so healthy, and that's what I love the most, the product is the best! The owner is always so kind too, they make me feel at home when I walk in! I love visiting them. Thank you Roots! I am always a happy customer!

Just had the most wonderful experience at Roots! First of all, the place is beautiful - decorated wonderfully. All the stylists were beautiful and VERY professional!! And fun! Kelly lightened and highlighted my hair and I left looking like a millions bucks! Also Vicki gave me a wonderful hand massage and make up! Can't wait to go again!!

poor poor customer service and hair job.. very sad because it's a beautiful salon inside.
Madison did a wonderful job. I was offered more than one time something to drink. And all the other ladies were super friendly and fun. A very upbeat and spacious place. With a prayer request book in the processing room. they also played good music!! Grab place and great people.
