I recently had an appointment with Natasha and was amazed at her knowledge and skill! My hair was severely damaged and hadn't been touched by professional hands in over a year, she gave me a cut that is so flattering on me and framed my face perfectly! I felt like a million bucks walking out and my hair is SO healthy and manageable now!!! I saw Natasha yesterday for the first time, and she did a fantastic job!! I have never had such a perfect color or cut job, I left with hair I truly love! All the staff were super nice and pleasant, I was offered a beverage multiple times, and had a all around wonderful and relaxing experience!
Today was my second time seeing Heidi and, for the second time, I love the results! First time was just a cut; today was color and cut. While Heidi works quickly, I never feel like she's "rushing". She listens and she's also on the top of her game and knows her stuff! Expensive but worth it. Beware: She's booked months in advance.
Tried to go in today on my lunch hour to make an appointment for a cut and color and make arrangements for my wedding hairstyle. Beautiful facility but I stood in the lobby for a good 10 minutes and no one came out or acknowledged me with 2 people walking in and right by me. When I went around the corner to try and get someone's attention I was told quite rudely that the sign said to "have a seat and someone would be with me shortly, that these are all "Suites" and if I wanted to make an appointment I would have to text or c... read more
