Debbie and Amanda are amazing. Debbie has helped me through the worst loss in my life. She was caring and understanding. Her Grief Group was wonderful. I have come so far and it’s all because of Roots!!
Catherine is very understanding and flexible with rescheduling. She is my first therapist that is only part-time, but she has been very good to talk to every week. Especially in the event of a catastrophe. Catherine is very kind, open, and willing to do multiple different kinds of therapy including CBT and DBT. Which was very helpful with different issues I have faced.
Roots Counseling and Therapy is one of a kind! Amanda, Debbie, and Cat are professional, compassionate, and welcoming. They truly care about their patients and take the time to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Roots Counseling and Therapy!
