Food is good, but service not so much. We went there with a group of 10 for brunch; restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took forever to get our drinks (they didn’t have many of the wines on their menu in stock), and food. The waitress barely came around to see how we were doing, and finally we had to get up to go ask for someone to take out money.
Well worth the trip, the best meal I had on this visit to the Bay Area
We came here to celebrate our friends birthday. When we got there I informed our waiter that we were here to mostly drink and have a few things to eat. We ordered well and fine but our drinks never came out. When we finished eating I got up to look for our waiter and let him know we never received or beverages. He brought them out right away but informed us that 2 drinks could not be made because of lack of ingredients. This was 20-30 minutes after having ordered the drinks in the first place. I came here for a bite to eat before my flight. I let the Maitre'd know that and she gave me seating options...i choose the lounge. She gave me the menu's and told me to have a safe flight! The waiter/bartender came over greeted me... I told him I need to grab a quick bite to catch my flight...i knew what I wanted to drink (PIMM's Cup-delicious) so he got that for me right away... and then came back and got my food order and I asked to pay.
