I have never experienced such poor service in my life. The only thing good about this place was the nice bartender. Management does not correct their staffs rude behavior. I ended up cancelling my order and taking my family to the place next door. I'm sure this place will close and become a Denny's before long. I wish I could give it zero stars.
I told my friends I wanted a place where I could eat and enjoy the best flavor of food for my 22nd birthday. I experienced food in different tasty ways I can't completely describe. Their sliders were on point, with the outside patio and the warm fire - hands down best place to chill in Santana Row!
Cool place. The drinks were very good. Salad was good but the chicken sliders were undercooked (and had food poisoning later that night, coincidence?)
