I have been going to Liz for years and I can’t recommend her enough! The entire staff is so sweet!
I love coming to Roots, Sam always takes great care of me!!
Together we chose auburn for my all-over hair color, and ended up with a dark purple-brown, despite clearly stating I felt my hair was too brown, (when I came in) and I wanted to be a true redhead like I am naturally. The cut was fine because she didn't take much off. The face wax was a joke. I would have had her do more but it probably would have gotten way worse. I feel bad writing this because she was super nice and I'm not a mean person but it was bad.
Wonderful and experienced staff.
I left salon with hair dye all over my forehead. Stylist was in a hurry to get me out of there apparently
