RecommendedTried out the cryotherapy for the very first time! I was nervous but once inside the chamber it was an fun experience! You get the option to play music while you are in there it helps to take your mind off the cold and it’s only three and a half minutes. I left feeling rejuvenated. Will definitely do it again!!

First time ever in a cryotherapy but really happy with results. I had a sore shoulder when walking in and a few hours after doing the treatment, pain was gone. I'll be back for sure.
