TECHS ARE ON COMMISSION AND MOTIVATED TO SELL YOU SERVICES AT CRAZY PRICES. ONCE THEIR AT YOUR HOUSE YOUR GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF.

So this is our anniversary - 7 years of wonderful marriage. We laughed about getting a clogged drain and called rooterplus. WOW WHAT A MISTAKE. An incompetent untrained plumber arrives not in any uniform but in sweats - this made me suspect to begin with and i shld have asked him to leave right then. Next, he spends 15 minutes kind of hanging around looking at sink (mind u this was in the end a simple clog). Has me sign for a $250 unclogging charge (which i did just cause he was here already). Feeling scammed Wish i have read these reviews before using this service. In short i say ditto to other reviews where a simple $195 septic cleanout cost me $2300. They dig the hole and then give u the "bad news" when u are vulnerable. I believe i have been frauded and scammed. Told us they could pump the system but it would only last a week. Here we were on a weekend 2 weeks before XMas and what are we to do? Does anyone know if we have any recourse?

Burst Water Pipe Repair We recently had a water pipe break under our house on the weekend. What a mess! Rooterplus sent a technician out promptly and he fixed the problem quickly and for the price he quoted after he had inspected the damage. While he was there, he did a free plumbing and septic inspection on our house and pointed out a few problem areas. Gave us a fair quote for that work, which we will have done in the future. 2 thumbs up!
