STAY AWAY! None friendly "STEVEN FLANIGAN" IS an unprofessional, rude, septic pump technician, I needed pumping out my septic tank and put a septic tank riser, after he gave me very high price on a riser I decided not to go with riser, I told him just do the pumping, he got very angry and told me go with different company, I called the office and made a complaint. Zero out of Five STAR!!!!Ā
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS TEN I CERTAINLY WOULD, I STARETED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY SEPTIC TANK IN AUGUST. THE GUY SOLD ME ON REPAIRING MY SEPTIC TANK VERSUS HAVING IT REPALCED. THEY CHARGED ME 4800 TO PUMP AND PUT SOME KIND OF CHEMICAL IN THERE WHICH WAS PART OF THE REPAIR. Please read the reviews and learn from the mistakes others have made. The office stated the service was $150 with a possible $100 upcharge for 500 additional gallons of waste. $250 is a reasonable price for 1500 gallons of removal. I was explicit with the office that no drain field work would be purchased as the field was saturated with rain water and I only needed the tank drained to buy time for the field to dry out. I asked the office to put in the notes to the tech not to quote drain field work because it is not needed...Ā read more

this company is a rip off, I called for an estimate. the guy arrived and I agreed to have my septic repaired,for the up front cost of 2300.00 dollars, He did the job and then handed me the bill to pay,the amount was for 3150.00 dollars at no time did he tell me he was adding this additional amount to the repair.I will not use this company for any more jobs, and would say to all DO NOT USE.Ā
I called for a septic pump and they scheduled it for this past Saturday 3/6/21 between 8am and 12 they called and asked If I would/could move appt till sunday 3/7/21 between 8am and 12. I said sure whatever not a problem Sunday rolls around and at like 11am they call and says no one can get out to me. So I canceled the service. How can you schedule and reschedule a appt and end up saying no one can come out at all. Wow is all I can say. Wouldnt recommended at all.Ā
HI, When it comes to Rooter Plus, do not use this plumbing company! I repeat, do not use this plumbing company. Rooter Plus was hired on my behalf through my HOA to find a leak in my condo that another incompetent plumbing company couldn't find. Hiring Rooter Plus wasn't such a good idea because they were worse. First of all they gutted my ceilings and walls in almost every room for (9) hours looking for leak and still didn't find the leak.
