I've had some chronic lower back pain for years. I had no idea that massage would be the solution until I started seeing Sarah. She is a wonderful therapist, knowledgable and kind. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone in the Tucson area.
This is exactly the kind of massage place I need. The staff is super knowledgable. Sarah really took time to care about my body and consider what it needed, given my spine injury and effected hip/shoulder. Plus, the place is adorable. Can't recommend Rooted enough.
Adorable, Warm and Welcoming are the first impressions. Soothing follows. Sarah's obvious professionalism and talent is what you get hooked on. Definitely worth the drive from Rita Ranch.
