Val is the best massage therapist that I've experienced. I have heard good things about the others, as well. The place itself is soothing and very comfortable.
Had a wonderful 2 hour massage from Dan Desmond. I used to see Dan back when he worked at Peaceful Spirit. So glad I found you and look forward to many more massages.
I had a wonderful massage by Barbara yesterday. She listened to all of my concerns and needs and asked lots of questions before and throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable. It was honestly the most relaxing 90 minutes I can remember! I highly recommend Barbara and Rooted Massage!
Took a hot power yoga class with Kyndle! Awesome. My first yoga class ever and she was very good about making me feel comfortable and helping me with positions. Can't wait to return.
