Great place for therapists and clients
I hosted a Mindful Parenting Retreat at Rooted. The facility was warm and welcoming in spirit but cool in temperature-we couldn't tell it was 100F+ outside. There were 10 participants, plus me and there was room for all of us to have our space on the floor for mindful movement and sitting meditation. The props and equipment were in good repair and ample supply. Sarah was lovely to work with, I hope to be back next quarter. Judy, @mindfulbirthtucson
