Lauren and the other clinicians at Rooted and Rising are highly skilled and care about their clients. I would highly recommend Rooted & Rising!
They have canceled appointments twice in a row and the secretary seems to yell at her children more than she can assist over the phone. I do not navigate technology well and if they cannot offer assistance to anyone with technical difficulties, they should not offer online treatment, as difficulties will always come up regardless of a persons level of understanding. I have never had any trouble logging into online appointments before and never I have a been so rudely unassisted.
Rooted and Rising is a practice that takes careful care of their clients. They are highly invested in finding the right fit between counselor and client, even if that means referring out to another practice. That, to me, speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to patient care. They have a team of providers with diverse specialties and can meet many psychological needs. As a fellow mental health provider, I have referred to them many times and have received positive feedback from clients.
I am a local practice owner, and often refer clients to this practice when my practice does not have openings. Their clinicians are professional and kind. Lauren (the owner) is a friendly, insightful, and effective therapist. She provides a warm environment where clients can feel safe and comfortable to heal. I would highly recommend this practice.
