Rooted and Rising is a practice that takes careful care of their clients. That, to me, speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to patient care. They have a team of providers with diverse specialties and can meet many psychological needs. As a fellow mental health provider, I have referred to them many times and have received positive feedback from clients.
I am a local practice owner, and often refer clients to this practice when my practice does not have openings. Their clinicians are professional and kind. Lauren (the owner) is a friendly, insightful, and effective therapist. She provides a warm environment where clients can feel safe and comfortable to heal. I would highly recommend this practice.

I began taking my daughter to Rooted and Rising for therapy a few years ago. Her experience with Lauren, the LPC, was so wonderful, that it was then I decided I needed to go to therapy myself.
