I do physical labor often working in crawl spaces or attics. Being twisted up like that has taken it's toll, so I'm very happy I found Dr. Alexis at rooted and renewed chiropractic! I have seen a huge difference since even the first visit. She adjusted me back to my comfort zone and then showed me some things that I can do between visits. Definitely give her a try if you are shopping around.
