Highly disappointed with this practice. I chose them for my Root Canal based on a conversation with their staff. She emphasized how their root canals never fail. I fell for it. Their prices are so high. I am sure to help pay for their fancy Saratoga Office. I could live with the high price if they lived up to their promise. They did not. The procedure is straight forward and most competent providers are capable of doing it. Dr. Banchs’ approach to evaluation and subsequent treatment appeared to be more about performing root canals than evaluating for need. I assume that’s motivated by the fact this is predominantly a cash business. My dentist say's I am from the drill and fill generation. Only going to the dentist when there was severe pain. Over the years I was so afraid to go to the dentist and when my dentist told me I needed a root canal I was so scared. Everyone my age had awful stories about how bad a root canal was and how much it hurt. Well NOT SO.
