I keep making appointments via the app for my teenager's haircuts. Last time, the stylist I chose took a walk in 5 minutes before our appointment and we waited 15 minutes. This time, I picked a different stylist. Here we are, 20 minutes past our appointment, and waiting. In walks a guy who had an appointment when we did, and he's getting in a chair. If y'all are going to run your business this way, have an option to book with "first open stylist." Or don't take walk ins when you have an appointment on the books.
