I had a great hair cut today from Ingrid. she was very understanding and professional.
My beard was completely ruined. I should have trusted the Google reviews. I walked in with a 4.5” beard that I have had for years, and walked out with a beard under an inch long. I specifically told her NOT TO TAKE ANY LENGTH OFF THE SIDES but clean up stragglers... just to square the bottom, trim the moustache, and clean up the neck line. When she sat the chair up I saw that she had cut the sides and jaw line down to under an inch and I had a 4” goatee off the chin. I was near speechless. I looked like a complete joke.
